Fantastic Support from cost2build. We hit a snag with our bathroom renovation when we opted, on short notice, to swap out the shower unit and tray instead of just fixing it up. We were after a specific design and size that was hard to find. cost2build jumped on our online inquiry right away, found the exact unit we were looking for, and set up a delivery (from the supplier to Inverness) in just 2 days. This helped us wrap up our project without much delay, and our bathroom specialist could keep working without interruptions. Kudos to cost2build!!!

Scott did a fantastic job for us. We also utilized fixrot, which is part of cost2build. He put in a ton of effort to assist with our home purchase and the following damp, timber, and waterproofing tasks. I'd definitely suggest cost2build or fixrot for any building projects and all your damp proofing requirements.

From beginning to end, the service was top-notch. I ordered some new windows and doors for my home, and they showed up just as my fitters were getting there. One of the window panes had a scratch, but they sorted it out in less than a week.

Watch out when dealing with this company, or its former version Cost2Build Ltd (same owner, same site, just a different name; this very page was linked to the old business). They took my cash for doors and windows eight months ago and haven’t delivered a thing. Now, I can’t seem to get them to refund me a single cent. I’m not sure if they’re just really bad at keeping in touch and managing their time and money, or if they’re just shady folks trying to stall me until I throw in the towel. I’ll update this review if things change.

EDIT: A year and a half later, still nothing has improved. Some pressure from the police and the threat of fraud did get them to agree to return a bit of cash, but they haven’t followed through on that either, so it looks like this saga will just keep dragging on.

I was in a pinch for a painter and decorator and this company came through with a solid choice. The guy was dependable, super helpful, and really nailed the job. They even supplied all the paint and materials, which took a big load off my shoulders, and that was part of the quote too. I’d definitely suggest folks give this company a shot.

The range cooker showed up quickly and in great shape. The delivery team was super friendly and professional, making the whole process a breeze. I got it all hooked up without any issues. I can't praise this company enough. I'll surely be back for more, as they provide top-notch service with a friendly touch.
